Odin
Nexus is built around people.
Behind every resource we distribute is a person with their own circumstances, challenges, and story. We want to share those stories with dignity and respect.
Recently, while out in the community with Nexus, we met a man named Odin.
Odin was living out of his car and dealing with a painful wound on his foot. We were able to provide him with Narcan, sanitizing wipes, and a snack.
It was a small interaction, but it stayed with me.
We didn't solve every problem Odin was facing. We simply met someone who needed a little help and were fortunate enough to have something to offer.
That's what I want Nexus to be about: showing up, meeting people where they are, and making basic health and wellness resources accessible without judgment.
